Intel cut its workforce by 15% after reporting a loss of 1.6 billion dollars last month. The company has also decided to close some of its offices in recent months. While companies such as AMD, which produces with x86 architecture, and Qualcomm, which produces with ARM architecture, are making huge investments in artificial intelligence, Intel has not yet taken any serious steps in this regard, leading to a decline in the value of the company. A leak today from The Wall Street Journal suggests that Qualcomm is looking to buy Intel, which has long been in a slump. According to unnamed sources, no deal is on the agenda, while Qualcomm is getting stronger again after a long time with the re-popularization of the ARM architecture. Qualcomm-Intel has not yet made a statement about the allegations. However, Intel’s rapidly falling value strengthens the possibility of acquisition claims.
